Rons Golden Shamrock 30' design won the World Half Ton Champs overseas (note the IR Irish sail no.) before Doug imported the moulds from Japan with a shell inside to protect the mould surface...same paint scheme in yellow with big green shamrock called appropriately "Golden Era", sold to Darwin winning the Ambon ocean race the last seen in Sydney at Cronulla.
A lightweight H30 "MASH" (Mundle, Anderson,Sharpin,Holland) won 1979 Sydney- Hobart race as "Screw Loose".....some 30 boats were built.
