Holland 25 Class Logo

I have found the Holland 25 Class Insignia and would like to check if it was correct (see logo at top of these website pages in black).

I traced a vector graphic over a rather poor scan and tried to make it look right but it may very well be faulty. If so please let me know and possibly send an accurate photo or scan so I can correct it. I will not be upset if corrections are needed as I know the importance of a logo being correct.

Then I would be happy to post the graphic file in a couple of formats so we can continue using it on new sails.

I know it is not a funky, contemporary logo, but nor are our yachts. It is like big flared pants and polyester shirts - they specify a time when they were 'cool'. The logo is indicative and distinctive and really not bad design wise.

What a fantastic find and it is great of you to share it with us Virage.

If I get a chance, I'll trace it so as to be able to distribute electronic versions of it, as some of us might like a reproduction of your sticker, and I have self adhesive film that can be laser printed with images such as this.
